Clamping designs
We propose a clamping of parts that minimizes their deformation during handling and processing, maintaining accuracy and quality. We take into account material properties, exact location and dimensions. Thanks to advanced technologies, we can virtually create and test different clamping variants, which allows us to find the optimal solution even before physical implementation.
The construction of the preparation
We design and create fixtures for fixing parts during the production process. These preparations include fixation pliers and special holders exactly corresponding to the geometry of the parts. We take into account the material properties of the preparations, strength, stability and ergonomics. We create digital models in order to simulate the functionality of products.
